Apologies if this is not the right sub, but I didn’t know where to post. I would like to do some trial runs of my bbq meats as a delivery or catering service, but I an not ready to buy a towable offset smoker. I was wondering if anyone knows of a shared commercial kitchen resource available that lets you rent out their smoker, etc?
