Carpenter in Austin

Hi all,

I’m looking for a high quality carpenter in Austin. Not a handyman, but a true carpenter. I have a lot of work that I want to do on my house, but I want to do it somewhat slowly to spread out the cost, my planning time, and personal inconvenience.

The first thing I’m looking to do is crown moldings and possibly a molding in the center of the wall – not sure what that’s called. As a very rough example of what I’m looking for for the crown molding is https://www.udecor.com/CM-1007-crown-molding.html . I don’t want this specifically, but just trying to indicate I’m not just looking for someone to buy a bunch of 1x3s and install them.

Anybody have any references for a good carpenter? If you know specifically of molding people that would be good too, but since I have other non-molding work it would be ideal to find a really good carpenter.
