Just drove westbound on Koenig about 20 mins ago & the eastbound traffic was stopped because of what looked like an arrest / apprehension at gunpoint. There was a law enforcement officer standing over a man on the ground, hands up, officer with a rifle pointed at the man. It was in the parking lot between two apartment complexes, maybe? In between avenues C & D I think (but on the south side of Koenig)
I was driving and only saw it for a split second. Surely someone will have pics, video, more info on the situation. Crazy thing to witness out of nowhere though!
