A New Year’s Eve Drink Recipe: Lillet Negroni

I’m always on the lookout for new drink recipes to try out and this year for New Year’s Eve I’m making an easy, fresh and festive Lillet Negroni.

I’ve been obsessed with Lillet recently, have you ever tried it? My absolute favourite drink is a Negroni so I thought, how perfect mixing up the two would be? Here’s what you need:

  1. Your favourite dry Gin
  2. Lillet Blanc and
  3. Aperol

Fill a small jug or, if you have it, a mixing glass halfway with ice. Pour in the one-part gin. Add Aperol and Lillet Blanc in equal parts (or a bit more Lillet, like me!) and then stir to cool the mix.

Get your prettiest glass and serve on the rocks with a slice of fresh orange. I love to add a little rosemary for a festive touch. Cheers!
