I told my client to buy a cheapo moisture meter to confirm that this leak gets fixed because it is completely invisible by the naked eye. I also told her to make sure they clean up any mold or mildew that’s growing between the upstairs floor and downstairs ceiling. God knows what it looks like in that cavity. I still hear from people who regret not having inspections done when they should have. The production and a few custom builders around Austin act like it’s the wild west.
