got my phone stolen last night and tracked it to a cell phone kiosk in an heb where the thief sold it. customer support says they need law enforcement here to remotely open the kiosk. called 3 hours ago and the dispatcher said they’ll send an officer when one is free. i’ve called back twice now and they can’t give me an ETA.
