I’m a tour guide in Austin and drive by Mount Bonnell three times daily (non-stop) to show off the area to tourists who may wish to come back.

I would sincerely like to know where and how I can air my grievance to the powers-that-be, city council I presume. I’ve never spoken to the city about anything like this so I’m a novice.
