I sold a car in April. Never got a title transfer, never took plates as the guy gave me his number and he had to get the car working I just trusted him. (Yeah not smart) Started getting tolls in mail, he said he resold it to someone else. Dmv said I have to get transfer form signed. Original guy I sold it to doesnt have new guys address and he is being not cooperative. What can I do to get this car and tolls out of my name. Thanks.
