Taking an uber to the airport this morning at 3:45am, and a freight train was stopped at the crossing. We turned on Hidalgo and saw three or more rail cars off the tracks.
It was very early, no cops or other responders on scene yet. We could just see a couple flashlights, from the engineers presumably. I haven’t seen anything in the news yet, hope no one was hurt!
Edit: the correct cross street is E 7th St and Northwestern.
