Short version of a longer story, I’ve (M, 30) seen a therapist who wants to refer me to an IOP for mental health because she didn’t think weekly was nearly enough for my condition.
the referred resources were: Infinite Recovery which is for drug users (I’ve never partaken)
Ascension Seton Behavioral health which has very discouraging reviews online
and rock springs which is 1, prohibitively far away, and 2, geared toward children
Where have you gone? how were you treated? how much did it cost? do you recommend them?
