On around September 17, I had somebody I thought was my friend over at my apartment. When I woke up, my cash was stolen and so were my Victorian ring and necklace, which belonged to my father. I’ve filed a police report. And the theft unit is refusing to investigate or search the pawn database for the stolen items because they said there was “no evidence” of theft. Even though I have the guy, who turned out to have turned into a huge meth head, on text admitting to the theft. I’m so certain that the items have been sold to a pawn shop by now. And I’ve searched every pawn shop and cash for gold in town. But they still haven’t turned up. At this point, I’m depressed and feeling hopeless and I’m just doing anything I can to recover my necklace. So I’m turning to the community. If you see something, please say something!
