Emily Blunt made a glamorous entrance at Thursday’s opening ceremony of the 2024 Red Sea International Film Festival. The event saw the actor wear an eye-catching Tamara Ralph gown that piqued the interest of many fashion enthusiasts. The gown’s masterful tailoring and attention to including interesting elements set Blunt apart from many A-list celebrities on the red carpet.
The actor was presented with the Red Sea Honoree Award in recognition of her long-standing career and contribution to the film industry. She received the award in an ensemble fitting for the occasion. Blunt glistened in the Tamra Ralph silk velvet gown with silver crystal tulle fabric. However, it was the intricate bow detailing over the crystal-embellished gown that took the look up one notch.
The gown featured multiple black velvet silk bows placed strategically over one of her shoulders in symmetrical lines. The final bow placed itself over the gown’s knee-high slit, flowing gracefully over the star’s toned legs. The black velvet fabric further extended to form a ruched fabric at the back of the gown. Blunt paired the gown with matching sheer stockings and black open-toe strapped heels.
Stylist Jessica Paster assembled Emily Blunt’s look for the 2024 Red Sea International Film Festival. Makeup artist Jenn Streicher gave the “Oppenheimer” actor warm-toned makeup that blended beautifully with the gown’s crystal embellishment. Hairstylist Laini Reeves styled the actor in a stylish bun, leaving fringes on the side. Lastly, celebrity manicurist Julie K gave the star a luscious red berry manicure.
