For the unitiated Swifties, Taylor Swift’s birthday is December 13, and the date holds one of the biggest bashes of the year for her friends. Last year, sources told Us Weekly that her current boyfriend Travis Kelce wanted “to throw the best party possible” for Swift and her “close friends” in New York City for her 34th birthday. The insider added that “money is no object.” Many of her A-list friends attended her party such as Blake Lively, Miles Teller, and Gigi Hadid. As well as it being the big 3-5, Taylor is celebrating the end of her record-breaking Eras Tour. But what are the celebratory plans this year?
What are Taylor Swift’s Birthday Plans?
Taylor Swift hasn’t disclosed her plans for her birthday, but sources close to Travis Kelce told Page Six that he’s going to spend time with her no matter what. “Although he’ll be playing on Christmas and has an away game the weekend of Taylor’s birthday, Travis is going to make sure to take time out to celebrate both occasions with her.”
“This is a milestone birthday for Taylor so he wants to make it extra special,” a source told the gossip site. “Travis has only let a few of those closest to him know what he has in store for Taylor because he doesn’t want to ruin any surprises.” The Chiefs tight end reportedly “has been shopping for Christmas and birthday gifts for Taylor for quite a while now.”
As for what these gifts are, Travis made sure to pay extra attention to what Taylor likes, with the source noting, “some of the gifts are things Taylor has casually mentioned she would like.” Even outside of football, Travis is the true MVP since he’s “not the type to leave these things to the last minute so he’s been picking up items here and there for the past several months whenever he has a chance. Travis makes sure to always listen even when Taylor doesn’t realize he is.”
