This year wasn’t without its challenges. Here are a few that kept us on our toes—and what we learned along the way:
Moving House (Well, Warehouse)
In September, we shifted into a shiny new warehouse. While the move was exciting, it came with its fair share of hurdles—dealing with commercial landlords, managing the fit-out, and coordinating a seamless transition during one of our busiest periods. It wasn’t easy, but we’re thrilled with the end result.
Capacity Crunch
With so much work coming through, there were times when we pushed our limits. Extended lead times don’t sit well with us, and we worked hard to keep up with demand while maintaining the quality we’re known for. This meant running five trucks and 10 installs a day at our peak. To keep up, we found ourselves purchasing far more product than anticipated to ensure we had the stock needed to meet demand without compromising on style or versatility. It was a massive effort, but the team rallied together to make it happen.
