No health current health insurance- affordable doctor's visit?

I don’t currently have health insurance and I’m dealing with a lot of really bad, snowballing situations. I recently moved to a new place, and my cost of living has gone up very high (like, my rent, fees and power/water take half my monthly pay) and my eye has been irritated and swollen for several days now. It’s not terrible but hasn’t gone down since Saturday.

I really think I need to see a doctor for this, since it doesn’t seem to be getting better yet- but I’m not sure if I make too much for most income assistance programs for seeing a doctor. I make less than 30,000$ a year after taxes, and I have a tiny bit of money saved up but I really need some affordable options for seeing a doctor.

While im here, I’m wondering if anyone knows any affordable (relatively) dentistry in austin. I’m getting more concerned about my teeth as well, though I’m not in pain or anything.

I don’t mean to be TMI but I would really appreciate a point in the right direction, as I’m already paying (affordable but still expensive) therapy and trying to keep myself afloat, and I’m dealing with some personal losses. I know folks have dealt with worse, but I just don’t know how much energy I can expend to fight through all this stuff day after day after week. I’d really like some straight up help.
