Hey everyone, I just moved from Manor to Bastrop, but close enough so I’m asking you guys. One of my roommates neglects and is abusive to his dogs. No water in the summer, no food, kicks the shit out of them, they lay in their own poop because they’re never untied from the 3 foot rope they have. I have tried calling Bastrop animal control 5 times, and every time their dispatch tells me they’ll contact me and they never do. I need a direct number to animal control itself or these dogs will die.
