The Agency Press Tour Looks Everyone’s Talking About!

The Acolyte press tour has pushed Jodie Turner-Smith to step outside her comfort zone, embracing a more daring and diverse style. However, for the press tour of her espionage thriller series, The Agency, in which she plays a more serious role as a professor of social anthropology and Michael Fassbender’s former love interest, Turner-Smith has chosen to keep things classy.

Her wardrobe selections this time also appeal to me, demonstrating her style prowess. No frills or feathers, no coquette-ish bows, no fanciful dresses—just pure glamour and elegance. While her classic Christian Louboutin shoes offer timeless sophistication, exploring other luxury options, like Jimmy Choo’s sleek pumps or Manolo Blahnik’s elegant sandals, could bring fresh variety to her ensembles.

Jodie Turner-Smith in Roberto Cavalli Dress

In a recent red carpet appearance at the amfAR Las Vegas, Jodie Turner-Smith embraced boho glamour by wearing a slip dress from luxury Italian label Roberto Cavalli’s Fall 2024 collection.

She looked sexy yet elegant in the slinky gown with a multicolored marble print and wrinkled effect. It also featured a lace-trimmed scalloped neckline and fishnet trims that cascaded diagonally across the hips.

The gown, which wonderfully highlighted her slender frame, was held in place by spaghetti straps crisscrossed at the back and adorned with diamond-shaped jewels. I love how the crinkled skirt enhanced the carefree bohemian style of the ensemble.

She styled her braided hair in a stylish updo to highlight her dangling teardrop crystal earrings and adorned her baby pink-manicured hands with a couple of statement rings. Those black Christian Louboutin pointed-toe pumps completed the ensemble.

Jodie Turner-Smith’s recent choice of a Roberto Cavalli slip dress at the amfAR Las Vegas event aligns with a trend among celebrities favoring the designer’s distinctive creations.

Taylor Swift, for instance, embraced her inner fashionista at the Roberto Cavalli Spring/Summer 2011 fashion show during Milan Fashion Week. Similarly, Kylie Minogue showcased her style in a Roberto Cavalli ensemble at the 2014 Cannes Film Festival, highlighting the brand’s appeal among fashion-forward individuals.

Jodie Turner-Smith in Knight Blue Burberry Gown

Jodie Turner-Smith made a striking impression at the NYC premiere of The Agency at The Museum of Modern Art, wearing a regal Knight Blue Burberry gown. The rich blue hue contrasted beautifully with her radiant complexion, while the velvet fabric and English rose jacquard design from Daniel Lee’s debut Burberry collection exuded timeless sophistication.

The gown’s silhouette perfectly accentuated her figure, featuring a fitted halter bodice with a deep plunge and elegant draping. With its slight flare and side tie-knot drapery, the dramatic skirt added a sense of movement and grandeur. This look cemented Jodie’s reputation as a red carpet icon, blending classic elegance with modern refinement.

I wasn’t surprised to see Turner-Smith in Burberry since she has repeatedly worn the British luxury fashion house. She even attended the opening of the label’s NYC flagship store in October and the Spring 2025 London show in September.

Although Turner-Smith looks great in blue, she looks especially remarkable in this “Knight Blue” shade, the house’s new signature color, which Daniel Lee unveiled in February 2023.

Jodie looked effortlessly glamorous in her dress, which she teamed with black Christian Louboutin pumps. Although I had assumed she would wear black or blue open-toe heels for a more seamless, feminine finish, her timeless black pumps gave the ensemble a sense of refinement.

While I didn’t think the dress needed any jewelry, her stylists Micah McDonald and Wayman Bannerman added a few pieces from David Webb that enhanced the look.

They selected a pair of dangling earrings adorned with blue stones and crystals, which didn’t overshadow the ensemble. I love that they decided to forgo the necklace in favor of statement rings set with pearls, diamonds, and colorful crystals.

Her makeup is equally stunning! She highlighted her dark brown eyes with icy-metallic blue eyeshadow, mascara, and eyeliner. She finished the look with brown lip gloss, rose blush, and a pink manicure to offset the rich blue hue of the ensemble.

But what grabbed my attention was her hairstyle. She wore her hair in braids and arranged it in an updo, which resembled a crown of four top knots, over her head.

Jodie Turner-Smith in Tan S.S. Daley Suit, Corset, and Christian Louboutin Pumps

Earlier this month, Jodie was in London to attend the photocall for The Agency at Corinthia London. The fashion icon, who has been in multiple high-end campaigns, looked stunning in yet another glamorous ensemble, favoring vintage flair with a dash of contemporary edge.

Jodie wore a tan corduroy suit with wide peak lapels and matching high-waisted wide-leg trousers from S.S. Daley’s Spring 2025 collection. The London-based designer, known for his unique take on menswear, was awarded the Best Emerging Fashion Designer at the 2022 British Fashion Awards. Harry Styles is one of the celebrities on the A-list who has been sporting the label.

While the tailoring and the corduroy fabric scream 1970s retro, Jodie added a white corset top to give the ensemble a contemporary, feminine touch.

Her choice of jewelry was impeccable, in my opinion, and went well with the ensemble’s vintage appeal. I love how the gold and diamond collar necklace complemented her tan suit. She also wore gold earrings, diamond bracelets, and a few rings for extra glitter.

Though I believe white shoes would have looked better with this outfit, Jodie seemed to be sporting a pair of classic Christian Louboutin black pumps that were hardly noticeable through her loose-fitting pants.

Jodie’s hairstyle and glam for this press tour have been nothing short of stunning. This time, she wore her braided tresses in half-up, half-down space buns and highlighted her striking features with eyeliner and rosy blush.

Jodie Turner-Smith in Nensi Dojaka Blazer Dress and Christian Louboutin Pumps

This is probably my least favorite of Turner-Smith’s press tour outfits. Not that it’s not good; I just think it’s basic since many celebrities have been wearing blazers as dresses. However, I have to say that I appreciate Jodie’s ability to look effortlessly sophisticated in it.

She donned a blazer dress from the Spring 2025 collection of London-based label Nensi Dojaka, known for its sensual designs and deconstructed elements and cuts.

Though I don’t think this style is that bold, I wish she had worn deconstructed stockings instead of black tights to give it a more edgy vibe, like on the runway.

As expected, Jodie didn’t disappoint glam-wise. Her sparkling facial gems, from her right eye to her left forehead, gave the elegant ensemble a whimsical touch. She then wore her shoulder-length hair in braids, framing her gorgeous features.

I adore the silver and black necklace and the black patent Christian Louboutin pumps, which complete the ensemble’s refinement. The red soles at the bottom are a dead giveaway!

Jodie Turner-Smith’s affinity for Christian Louboutin footwear is evident in her recent press tour for “The Agency,” where she consistently paired her ensembles with classic Louboutin pumps. This choice mirrors her previous fashion statements, such as during the “The Acolyte” promotion, where she donned green Louboutin boots to complement a ’70s-inspired Balmain mini dress.

At the 2023 Vanity Fair Oscar Party, Jodie completed her look with black Louboutin heels, underscoring her preference for the brand’s iconic designs. These instances highlight how Christian Louboutin’s timeless footwear continues to be a staple in Jodie Turner-Smith’s fashion repertoire.
