Hot Meal for the holiday

Hello and happy holidays to everyone. I am new to the area, I moved from Houston to get out of homelessness for a year. A siblings childhood best friend was gracious enough to invite me to stay with them while I get back on my feet. I was able to find work, but I have herniated disc in my lower back that has caused me to be almost completely bedridden. Due to this I have been unable to work. I am actively trying to get SNAP and medical insurance. My friend will be out of town for the holidays and has their own personal things going on and I do not want to burden them any more than my current situation already has. I do not have transportation. I was wondering if anyone knew of a place, service, etc that delivers Thanksgiving meals to people. I know it’s last minute and understand that it is probably too late to make this request. Thank you
