Off-White’s Beauty Line to Be Licensed by Interparfums

Fragrance company Interparfums is adding Off-White to its portfolio of license partners.

On Dec. 3, the company announced that its French subsidiary Interparfums SA, which holds fragrance licenses for brands including Van Cleef & Arpels and Montblanc, has obtained fragrance and cosmetics rights for Off-White. The deal comes after Off-White’s former parent company LVMH announced it was selling the Virgil Abloh-founded brand to private equity firm Bluestar Alliance in September. Interparfums will take over as licensing partner on Jan. 1, 2026, after an existing license, which is held by New Guards Group, expires Dec. 31, 2025.

Off-White’s beauty line, which includes fragrances, colour sticks and nail polish, was unveiled in 2022 under the name Paperwork. It was launched after Abloh’s death in 2021, although reports state that he had described the line as “another canvas, another surface for human expression.” Makeup artist and beauty founder Isamaya Ffrench was named beauty curator for the brand in 2023.

“This is a tremendous opportunity for us considering the brand’s unique positioning, not to mention Virgil Abloh’s impressive creative legacy,” said Jean Madar, Interparfums chairman and chief executive, in a statement.
