Mariacarla Boscono D la Repubblica October 19 2024

You’re no doubt fully aware that we love ourselves some D la Repubblica. The weekly supplement to the Italian newspaper La Repubblica is genuinely the gift that keeps on giving. Over recent weeks, covers featuring the likes of Naomi Campbell, Rianne van Rompaey, and Lilli Cummings have had us in a chokehold. This week’s offering dated October 19, 2024 is no different as D la Repubblica editor-in-chief Emanuele Farneti welcomes Mariacarla Boscono as cover girl. The newlywed Italian beauty is joined by husband Claudio Stecchi in the first of two covers, as the couple pose for photographic duo Mert Alas & Marcus Piggott immediately after their wedding ceremony. In the second cover, Boscono is captured by Carlijn Jacobs and dressed by stylist Jacob K in a Max Mara coat.

Read below the reactions of theFashionSpot’s forum members:

“That is a fine man, Mariacarla. You go girl! And another beautiful cover. Makes you wonder why Farneti chose to drive Vogue into the ground when he’s clearly more than capable,” voiced aracic.

In the same frame of mind was vogue28. “Mariacarla Boscono has never done it for me, but I am very much a fan of this. Much prefer the Cariljn Jacobs cover/story over the one from Mert Alas & Marcus Piggott. Everything from D la Repubblica is always just far more superior than what Vogue Italia is capable of, at the very least,” he praised.

“Never been one for Mariacarla Boscono. However, the story by Cariljn Jacobs is really good,” echoed forum member MModa.

Fiericification commented: “Beautiful! I love Carlijn’s work more and more these days. Her commitment to glamour is so appreciated!”
