I moved here 11 months ago from the Midwest, for the Austin music scene. I’ve been more than happy with y’all scene. But what I haven’t found much of is that Midwest emo sound in ATX. I’ve found tons of fans of bands I love…but no bars that have bands or just casually play the OG rural Michigan/chicago vibes. WHERE ARE THEY?
